How does shipping & delivery work?
At our company, we strive to ensure timely delivery of your products. To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and the following time periods:
- Production Time:
Most of the items offered on Puppies Wish are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we will produce or print that item(s) just for you, one at a time for the best quality! Once you place a successful order with us, we make it a priority to produce the items within 2-4+ business days.
- Shipping time:
The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location & shipping method. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide you accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control.

Shipping Fee
Shipping costs are determined by the destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
To keep you updated on the progress of your shipment, we will send you an email notification as soon as your order is dispatched. This email will contain detailed tracking information, allowing you to closely monitor the journey of your package until it reaches your desired location.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
If the package gets returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to reship the package to you. Decorated bliss is not responsible for delayed or lost packages via UPS or USPS.
