PROCESSING TIME

At our company, we strive to ensure timely delivery of your products. The overall estimated processing time spans from 7 to 22 business days, but the majority of orders are usually delivered within 7 to 15 business days after placement. It includes our most popular products and the following time periods:

- Production Time:

All items offered on Puppies Wish are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you, one at a time for the best quality! Once you place a successful order with us, we make it a priority to produce the items within 4-7 business days.

- Shipping Time:

Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 3-15 business days, depending on your location and shipping method chosen.

We offer two dependable shipping options: Standard shipping, primarily facilitated by USPS, ensures secure and efficient delivery within 7-15 business days. Opt for expedited shipping via DHL for faster delivery within 3-7 business days.

While we collaborate closely with our logistics partners to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note that these times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Any delays during transit are beyond our control.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. Standard shipping prices are a flat fee:
USA: $8/order
Rest of the world: $12/order
Free shipping for orders over $100.

We also offer expedited shipping for a flat fee of $16/order worldwide.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

If you notice any issues with your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order, please email us at support@puppieswish.com so we can help you make the necessary changes.

Once your package has been shipped, we can't change the address. We're not liable for incorrect addresses provided. Our assistance is limited to providing the carrier's contact for address corrections. We won't assist if:
- Package is refused or delivery attempts fail.
- Shipping records show successful delivery.
In such cases, we reserve the right to abandon the package without refund. You will be responsible for any reorder charges incurred for reshipping the package.

 

MISSING ITEMS

If you haven't received an item within 22 business days of placing your order, please email us at support@puppieswish.com with your order number and the missing item details. We'll respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. Following our investigation, we'll offer one of the following solutions:

1. Resending the Missing Item: We'll send you the item again at no additional cost.
2. Refund: If the item is unavailable or you prefer a refund, we'll reimburse you for the missing item's value.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

1. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in each case. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
2. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.
3. Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may experience delays in shipping out, typically ranging 1-3 business days.
4. International orders: It may take 1-3 additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

Above all, our top priority is to guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase. If you wish to make changes to or cancel your order, please do so within the first 24 hours. This is because our product are all made-to-order, and production commences after this initial 24-hour period.

 

Return Policy

If you would like to initiate a return for a product, kindly get in touch with our Customer Support team at support@puppieswish.com. They will assist you in obtaining a return authorization and provide you with further instructions for the return process.

Please be aware that not all items are eligible for returns. To qualify for a return, you must meet the following criteria:

• Initiate the return process and dispatch the item(s) within 3 days of receiving the order.
• The item(s) should not have been classified as "On Sale", "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase, unless there is a valid issue or fault with the product.
• Return the item(s) in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. This includes any attached swing tags, shoe boxes, and packaging. Before sending the item(s) back, you may be asked to provide a photo of the item(s) to assess their condition.

Please keep in mind that if you are returning one item from a bundle or package deal, the original bundle pricing will no longer be valid for your order.

 

Refund Policy

You will be required to provide your order number and the email address associated with your order. The decision between a replacement or refund will be made on a case-by-case basis, considering the specific circumstances of your order. To be eligible for a refund, please adhere to the following criteria:

• Defective or Damaged Items: Provide clear photographic evidence of any defects or damages within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Incorrect Orders: Promptly notify our customer service team and include supporting evidence of the incorrect item within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Size or Color Discrepancies: Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if the received product is materially different from the original order. Please verify size and color information before finalizing your purchase to prevent discrepancies.
• Other Reasons: Refunds for reasons such as late shipments or a change of mind are subject to case-by-case evaluation. Customers must contact our customer support team to discuss potential solutions.

We do not offer replacements or refunds for mistakes made by the customer:

• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Invalid address entry
• Improper care, damages in use
• Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

We’re sad to see you go! Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank or merchant directly.
