  • Initiate the return process and dispatch the item(s) within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The item(s) should not have been classified as "On Sale", "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase, unless there is a valid issue or fault with the product.
  • Return the item(s) in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. This includes any attached swing tags, shoe boxes, and packaging. Before sending the item(s) back, you may be asked to provide a photo of the item(s) to assess their condition.
  • Please keep in mind that if you are returning one item from a bundle or package deal, the original bundle pricing will no longer be valid for your order.

  • Size or Color Discrepancies: Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if the received product is materially different from the original order. Please verify size and color information before finalizing your purchase to prevent discrepancies.
  • Other Reasons: Refunds for reasons such as late shipments or a change of mind are subject to case-by-case evaluation. Customers must contact our customer support team to discuss potential solutions.
  • We do not offer replacements or refunds for mistakes made by the customer:

  • Invalid address entry
  • Improper care, damages in use

    How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
